500g mince (or how ever many pies you want to make!)

1 onion

1 pkt of taco seasoning

1 jar of salsa or tinned diced tomatos

Puff pastry

Diced tomato


Kidney beans


Sour cream


1Brown mince, onion, and taco seasoning with 1/4 cup of water.

2Place into the slow cooker and add salsa or diced tomatoes, cook on high for 2-4 hrs until a gravy consistency forms with mince

3Using puff pastry line a pie tray or pie maker and fill with mince mixture

4On the top of the pie place desired toppings such as; kidney beans, cheese, diced tomato, and avocado

5Place the top on the pie and cook until pastry is crispy golden brown

6Serve with sour cream
