Beef, bacon and cheese pies
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Rich beef casserole slow Cooker recipe base
- Beef (how ever much you need - I used 400g)
- 1 onion
- 3 rashers of bacon
- 6 small mushrooms
- 1 beef oxo cube
- 1 table spoon of worshire sauce
- Cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place 1 onion, beef, recipe base, oxo cube, bacon, mushroom, worshire sauce and salt & pepper and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
- Thicken juice if necessary with corn flour in a separate cup then re add back into slow cooker
- Cut puff pastry to size and place in pie cooker or pie dish
- Place slow cooker filling into pie and place grated cheese on top of the filling
- Place the lids on the pies and cook until golden and crispy
- Serve with tomato sauce or sauce of your liking and ENJOY
