Beef, bacon and cheese pies

Ingredients
 

  • Puff pastry
  • Rich beef casserole slow Cooker recipe base
  • Beef (how ever much you need - I used 400g)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 rashers of bacon
  • 6 small mushrooms
  • 1 beef oxo cube
  • 1 table spoon of worshire sauce
  • Cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place 1 onion, beef, recipe base, oxo cube, bacon, mushroom, worshire sauce and salt & pepper and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
  • Thicken juice if necessary with corn flour in a separate cup then re add back into slow cooker
  • Cut puff pastry to size and place in pie cooker or pie dish
  • Place slow cooker filling into pie and place grated cheese on top of the filling
  • Place the lids on the pies and cook until golden and crispy
  • Serve with tomato sauce or sauce of your liking and ENJOY
