Puff pastry

Rich beef casserole slow Cooker recipe base

Beef (how ever much you need - I used 400g)

1 onion

3 rashers of bacon

6 small mushrooms

1 beef oxo cube

1 table spoon of worshire sauce


Salt & pepper to taste


1Place 1 onion, beef, recipe base, oxo cube, bacon, mushroom, worshire sauce and salt & pepper and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours

2Thicken juice if necessary with corn flour in a separate cup then re add back into slow cooker

3Cut puff pastry to size and place in pie cooker or pie dish

4Place slow cooker filling into pie and place grated cheese on top of the filling

5Place the lids on the pies and cook until golden and crispy

6Serve with tomato sauce or sauce of your liking and ENJOY
