white chocolate fudge
- 20gr butter
- 1 tbls vanilla essence
- 2 x 220g blocks of Cadbury dream white chocolate
- 1 395g tin of condensed milk.
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir on low every 15 mins for one and a half hours, place in tin lined with baking paper and chill in the fridge to set

Very tasty and easy to make
Extremely simple to make. I used approx 500g (2 and 1/2 blocks) of the Aldi Choceur white chocolate. Lovely but very sweet! Probably took about 70 minutes on low in my slow cooker, which tends to run a bit hot.
