2 racks of pork ribs *or more depends on how many people you cooking for*
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1 jar of plum jam
1 tablespoons of mustard
Pinch of salt
11. Trim an discard excess fat from ribs, rub 1 teaspoon black pepper over ribs, cut ribs up and place into slow cooker.
22. Combine BBQ sauce, jam, mustard an salt in bowl, mix and pour over ribs, cook on low 6 - 8 hours or high 3 - 4 hours, or until ribs are tender, serve with sauce and your choice of sides.

Used this recipe tonight with pork rashers – they were absolutely divine 🤤 🤤
Used this recipe with alterations :
Reduced BBQ to 1 cup
Used mustard powder not mustard
Finger licking amazing!!
