Ingredients
 

  • 2 racks of pork ribs *or more depends on how many people you cooking for*
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 jar of plum jam
  • 1 tablespoons of mustard
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Trim an discard excess fat from ribs, rub 1 teaspoon black pepper over ribs, cut ribs up and place into slow cooker.
  • 2. Combine BBQ sauce, jam, mustard an salt in bowl, mix and pour over ribs, cook on low 6 - 8 hours or high 3 - 4 hours, or until ribs are tender, serve with sauce and your choice of sides.
