2 kg Tomatoes,
1Cut tomatoes in wedges, hull out all the seeds and white stem of tomatoes,
2Drizzle with olive oil
3Add baking paper to Sc and add tomatoes skin side down,
4Sprinkle with all seasoning and herbs
5Cook for 10-11 hrs on high
