slow cooked semi dried seasoned tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 kg Tomatoes,
- seasoned salt,
- thyme,
- rosemary,
- garlic granules,
- onion powder,
- olive oil
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes in wedges, hull out all the seeds and white stem of tomatoes,
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Add baking paper to Sc and add tomatoes skin side down,
- Sprinkle with all seasoning and herbs
- Cook for 10-11 hrs on high
