Salmon & Broccoli Pasta
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500g salmon fillets (diced up)
- 2 cups broccoli (cut up)
- 385ml can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup lite milk
- 50g pine nuts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in slow cooker,
- Cook on high for an hour, serve on spag pasta.
- Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese on top.
