Slow cooked osso bucco
Slow cooked Osso Bucco

Ingredients
- 6 beef osso bucco
- 2 tins garlic basil flavoured crushed tomatoes
- 1 sachet dry French onion soup mix
- 1 large red onion sliced
- Extra minced garlic if desired
Instructions
- Place osso bucco in slow cooker
- Top with dry French onion soup mix
- add sliced red onion over top
- pour tins of crushed tomatoes to cover
- cook for 5/6hrs on low depending on slow cooker
- serve with mash potatoes and vege
