1Add all vegetables and salt and pepper to the whisked eggs and mix to combine
2Line a 1.5L slow cooker with baking paper
3Pour in mix and cook on HIGH with tea towel trick in place for 2hrs or until set in centre
1You can use a larger slow cooker but it will be much thinner so will cook faster. Whatever size cooker you use just be sure it's set in the centre - if it is it will bounce back lightly when touched there

3You can add 150g diced bacon to this also if you do not wish it to be vegetarian.
