1 butternut pumpkin de-seeded,peeled and chopped
1 onion chopped
1 liter chicken stock
2 carrots chopped
4 potatoes peeled and chopped
1-2 tablespoon crushed garlic
handful of bacon pieces
mixed Italian herbs
salt and pepper to taste
1Add everything except sour cream cook till tender - 6hrs on low
2Then blitz in a blender till pureed
3If you want it thicker add more cooked potato
4Serve with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread on the side

I made this today for myself and 9 month old. It was amazing but i used cooking cream instead of sour cream to make it a little smoother for bub. Love the favour and the smokey flavor of the bacon.
