Pulled Chicken Sliders

Super easy, saucy pulled chicken

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 4 hrs 45 mins
  • Yields: 4 individual servings in larger rolls, or 12 (or more) mini sliders


2 x trimmed Chicken fillets

1 Bottle McCormicks Grill Mates, BBQ Sauce (Brown Sugar Bourbon or BBQ)

Fresh Bread Rolls

Fresh Coleslaw


1Place a little sauce in pot and then add chicken fillets,

2Cover with remaining sauce, add a little water to the sauce bottle and then add to mix.

3Cook on low for 4.5 hours, remove chicken and shred (quite easy at this point as the chicken is very tender. Put the chicken back in the pot and stir in with the sauce.

4Place the pulled chicken on cut rolls with fresh coleslaw and mayonnaise, add optional slice of cheese.

I assume this is 2 breast fillets? Would I need to double the time if I add 2 more breasts?
