Place a little sauce in pot and then add chicken fillets,
Cover with remaining sauce, add a little water to the sauce bottle and then add to mix.
Cook on low for 4.5 hours, remove chicken and shred (quite easy at this point as the chicken is very tender. Put the chicken back in the pot and stir in with the sauce.
Place the pulled chicken on cut rolls with fresh coleslaw and mayonnaise, add optional slice of cheese.
