Pork with Apple honey and Orange
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 leg Pork (mine was 2.9kg)
- 2tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 Orange rind and juice
- 3 lge Granny Smith Apples
- Himalayan salt n Grate black Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and decore apples, place bottom of SC
- Pop Pork in SC
- Spread 2tbsp honey over the pork
- Squeeze Orange juice over the top then grate fine the rind over the top of Pork.
- Pop some Himalayan Salt and Grind some black pepper over the Pork
- Put SC on low cook for 8 hrs.
- Remove Pork pop on wire rack and spread 1tbs raw honey over the top put in Oven on 150C till golden approx. 20 minutes.
- Blend juices and cooked apple from SC to make Gravy for the pork
