Pork & Veal Meatballs

Ingredients
- 600g Pork - Veal mince
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Grated)
- 1 Zucchini (Grated)
- Garlic (As much or as little as you like)
- Handful of Parmesan
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Pepper
- SAUCE
- 2 x 410g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp of tomato paste mix in 1/2 cup water
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the Meatball ingredients together then roll in balls & refrigerate for at least 1hr!
- Brown the meatballs in a little oil then add canned tomatoes, water, tomato paste & salt & pepper!
- Cook on low for 5-6 hrs
