Ingredients
600g Pork - Veal mince
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Carrot (Grated)
1 Zucchini (Grated)
Garlic (As much or as little as you like)
Handful of Parmesan
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 Egg
Salt & Pepper
SAUCE
2 x 410g canned tomatoes
2 tbsp of tomato paste mix in 1/2 cup water
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix all the Meatball ingredients together then roll in balls & refrigerate for at least 1hr!
Brown the meatballs in a little oil then add canned tomatoes, water, tomato paste & salt & pepper!
Cook on low for 5-6 hrs
