  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • Jam and cream to serve


  • Mix together the flour, lemonade, cream and peanut butter in a bowl until a dough forms.
  • Knead it lightly on a floured surface, then place into slow cooker using tea towel under lid, and cook on high for 1 & 1/2 hours.
  • Serve with jam (we used grape jam) and cream.
