EmailTweet 3 Full-screen PB & J mega scone Baking, Lunchbox July 30, 2015 PB & J mega scone 0 0 5 0 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 1 hr 30 mins 5 mins 1 hr 30 mins 1 hr 35 mins Yields: 6 Ingredients3 cups self raising flour 1 cup lemonade 1 cup thickened cream 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter Jam and cream to serve Directions1Mix together the flour, lemonade, cream and peanut butter in a bowl until a dough forms. 2Knead it lightly on a floured surface, then place into slow cooker using tea towel under lid, and cook on high for 1 & 1/2 hours. 3Serve with jam (we used grape jam) and cream.
