PB & J mega scone
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- Jam and cream to serve
- Mix together the flour, lemonade, cream and peanut butter in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Knead it lightly on a floured surface, then place into slow cooker using tea towel under lid, and cook on high for 1 & 1/2 hours.
- Serve with jam (we used grape jam) and cream.
