Ingredients
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup lemonade
1 cup thickened cream
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
Jam and cream to serve
Instructions
Mix together the flour, lemonade, cream and peanut butter in a bowl until a dough forms.
Knead it lightly on a floured surface, then place into slow cooker using tea towel under lid, and cook on high for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Serve with jam (we used grape jam) and cream.
