1Combine butter and marshmallows in slow cooker on low for 30 mins, stirring every 5 mins until well melted together. Add rice bubbles and cocopops mix well.
2Add mini M&M'S, stir gently but well. Turn out into baking paper lined slice tin, add more M&M'S on top and press down, refrigerate until cold and hard, slice as desired.
