Italian sausage hot pot

10 sausages

1 small tin tomato paste

8 ripe cherry tomatoes

1 1/2 cups mixed veg

4 potatoes

splash of white wine

2 large onions

rosemary, oregano and thyme

2 zucchinis

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon chicken stock powder


1Brown the sausage, onion and garlic,

2Then add them and other ingredients into slow cooker.

3Cook on low for 5hrs

Delicious meal. Left the potatoes out as no room in our tiny slow cooker. Used carrot and celery plus extra cherry tomatoes. Served up with home made bread.

My family love this recipe, it is easy and yummy, and a great one pot dinner. I addalotmore than the one and a half cups of Vegas, great with whatever veg you have in the fridge.
