Man’s Mix for Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks (700g fillets diced)
- 1 can (410g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (250 mls) thickened cream
- 200ml chicken stock >>> (link below)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic crushed
- 2 small or 1 large onion rough cut
- Tbs Worcestireshire sauce
- 1 Tbs Moroccan seasoning (or. quarter tsp turmeric, quarter tsp paprika, quarter tsp cumin, grind of pepper)
Instructions
- Using your insert over a medium/high stovetop...
- Brown/sear chicken with Moroccan seasoning for 5mins ..
- Add crushed garlic and sear for a further 5 mins ..
- Add onions and sear for a final 5mins.
- Transfer to slow cooker base. ...
- *All cookers*
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT CREAM and cover on LOW FOR 4 HOURS Stir and turn chicken once at 2hrs.
- Remove drumsticks, debone, and return flesh to your cooker.
- Add cream and gently stir in.
- Cover for 1hr HIGH stirring twice.
- Serve over pasta and a generous serve of 'sauce'.
- Would also be nice served with mash and veg 🙂
