3 cups self-raising flour
pinch of salt
1 cup cream
1 cup lemonade
1Blend all ingredients together.
2Roll out onto floured kneading board.
3Using scone cutter, cut scones.
4Line slow cooker with baking paper.
5Place scones in cooker.
6Put tea towel under lid.
7Cook on high.

Going to do these this week what cream do you use. /single /double or could you use cream flence. And can you use a normal cup

Looks like I used the wrong cream because my dough was too wet and not rollable 🙁 even after adding more than half a cup of flour.
