Lemonade scones

  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup lemonade


  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Roll out onto floured kneading board.
  • Using scone cutter, cut scones.
  • Line slow cooker with baking paper.
  • Place scones in cooker.
  • Put tea towel under lid.
  • Cook on high.

  1. Looks like I used the wrong cream because my dough was too wet and not rollable 🙁 even after adding more than half a cup of flour.

  2. Going to do these this week what cream do you use. /single /double or could you use cream flence. And can you use a normal cup
