
Honey Mustard Calamari & Prawns
Calamari & Prawns in a creamy Honey Mustard Sauce
Equipment
- 3L Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 3 squid hoods
- 12 cooked large prawns
- 485g jar Honey Mustard simmer sauce
- 150 ml Cooking cream
- (Optional) Corn flour mixed into slurry then added to thicken to your liking if you feel it needs it.
Instructions
- Cut squid hoods into bite size pieces
- Place squid and prawns (if raw) into slow cooker
- Add the jar of honey mustard simmer sauce
- Add cooking cream if using
- Cook on low for around 3 & 1/2 hours
- Add in your cooked prawns
- Add corn flour slurry to thicken sauce to your liking Cook on high for around 10 – 15 minutes to heat prawns through and allow to thicken
- Serve with rice
