I make this every week!! This week it’s Apricots, sultanas, Cranberries and walnuts! I skip the vanilla extract but it always tastes amazing and super healthy for breakfast on my train journeys. ?

  2. Love it! Not a fan of bananas so used apricots dates sultanas, cranberries and a little honey. Really pleased to find a healthy easy slice to make.
