Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
3 cup traditional rolled oats
1/4 cup finely chopped dried dates
1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricot
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
Mash banana until smooth, add all other ingredients, mix well, spoon into lined baking tray,
or slow cooker, use back if spoon, press evenly.

under lid, cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Let cool before cutting.
