2 cups ground flaxseed *also sold under flaxmeal & linseed meal*
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
5 tablespoons of preferred cooking oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
3 packets Stevia or 4 teaspoons of sugar
1Mix all ingredients together
2line the Slow Cooker with baking paper
3place in your desired pan, spray with cooking oil if needed
4place tea towel under the lid
5cook on high for 3 - 3.5 hours, less depending if your slow cooker is faster then most
