Flaxseed Bread
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- Flaxseed bread
- 2 cups ground flaxseed *also sold under flaxmeal & linseed meal*
- 5 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 5 tablespoons of preferred cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 packets Stevia or 4 teaspoons of sugar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- line the Slow Cooker with baking paper
- place in your desired pan, spray with cooking oil if needed
- place tea towel under the lid
- cook on high for 3 - 3.5 hours, less depending if your slow cooker is faster then most
