1kg chicken breast or thigh cubed
1 broccoli cut into florets
Juice of 3 lemons
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tin condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1Place everything in slow cooker except for mayonnaise, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
2Stir through mayonnaise just before serving to thicken sauce.
3Serve with rice and grated cheese.
