Ingredients
 

  • 1kg chicken breast or thigh cubed
  • 1 broccoli cut into florets
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tin condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in slow cooker except for mayonnaise, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Stir through mayonnaise just before serving to thicken sauce.
  • Serve with rice and grated cheese.
