1 carrot, grated
2 celery sticks, grated
300g fish pie mix (smoked haddock, cod, salmon)
large handful grated cheddar
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper (use own judgement)
cold mashed potato
1Mix everything except the mashed potato in the slow cooker, and cook on high for one hour.
2Give a good stir and make sure thoroughly mixed and not in clumps
3Spoon the cold potato over the top, and cook on low for 3 hours
