Hello. Would love to make this but don’t know what coconut condensed milk is? Is that just coconut cream? Also I don’t have a 1.5l. Can I make it in my big cooker?
It’s like a regular can of sweetened condensed milk but coconut based. You should find the cans near the long life milk section of your supermarket shelves
It came out fantastic. I didn’t put the shreaded coconut in. 5 stars from us
It came out fantastic and so smooth and rich. I didn’t put shredded coconut in the fudge
Fantastic! Made this one for someone who cant have dairy or gluten and they were absolutely blown away by how delicious it was – it tastes just like normal fudge, and no ‘strong coconut’ flavour that I was worried would come through. I halved the batch because I could only get 250 grams of chocolate but even with the half batch it set perfectly. Try this one for the lactose intolerent people in your life!
Used 600g of vegan choc and added the coconut oil towards the end (panicked addition).
Ended up having mine on for 1 hour high and 30 mins low and came out perfectly.
