Crumbed Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Thighs (more or less depending how many fit in slowcooker)
- Natural Greek Yoghurt
- Seasoned Stuffing Mix - dry
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Coat chicken in natural yoghurt and then coat in stuffing mix, fold back into the thigh looking shape.
- Pop into a baking paper lined slow cooker and add a little salt and pepper on top.
- Cook on low for 7hrs... Seriously amazing. Crunchy outside and moist tender chicken inside.
