Ingredients
 

  • 6 Chicken Thighs (more or less depending how many fit in slowcooker)
  • Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • Seasoned Stuffing Mix - dry
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken in natural yoghurt and then coat in stuffing mix, fold back into the thigh looking shape.
  • Pop into a baking paper lined slow cooker and add a little salt and pepper on top.
  • Cook on low for 7hrs... Seriously amazing. Crunchy outside and moist tender chicken inside.
