1kg Chicken thigh fillets, sliced
500g Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
250mls Chicken stock
125mls Milk
125mls Cream
1 tblspn Lemon juice
2 tblspns Cornflour
Pinch cracked Pepper
1Place chicken, mushrooms and onions in slow cooker bowl.
2Combine milk and cream in jug, stir in cornflour.
3Pour milk mix over chicken.
4Use stock to rinse milk mix from jug, add to sc bowl with lemon juice.
5Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)
