Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken thigh fillets, sliced
- 500g Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 250mls Chicken stock
- 125mls Milk
- 125mls Cream
- 1 tblspn Lemon juice
- 2 tblspns Cornflour
- Pinch cracked Pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken, mushrooms and onions in slow cooker bowl.
- Combine milk and cream in jug, stir in cornflour.
- Pour milk mix over chicken.
- Use stock to rinse milk mix from jug, add to sc bowl with lemon juice.
- Cook on low for 5-6hrs (Contempo 5.5L sc)
