Butternut Pumpkin and Sweet Potato
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butternut, chopped
- 1 cup Sweet Potato, chopped
- 100mls Vegetable stock
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions
- Place butternut and sweet potato in slow cooker bowl, add stock.
- Cook for 5-6hrs on low (Woolworths 1.5L sc).
- Prior to serving stir through some fresh cracked pepper to taste.
