1 cup leftover roast chicken
1/2 cup diced pumpkin
2 tbs honey
1/2 pkt of feta
3 tbs fresh basil leaves or pesto
1Line dish with pastry.
2Layer chicken on the pastry and then top with pumpkin dipped in honey, feta and basil.
3Can be cooked straight in the slow cooker or in dishes. No water needed. Tea towel under the lid.
4Cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours on high
