Cherry Ripe Tart
- Shortcrust Pastry
- 1 tin of cherries
- 1 pkt of dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Line greased dishes with shortcrust pastry.
- Cover with cherries and then top with chocolate and coconut.
- I made these in individual dishes BUT can easily make 1 family size tart.
- I placed in slow cooker, no liquid and cooked on high for 2 hours.
