Shortcrust Pastry

1 tin of cherries

1 pkt of dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup shredded coconut


1Line greased dishes with shortcrust pastry.

2Cover with cherries and then top with chocolate and coconut.

3I made these in individual dishes BUT can easily make 1 family size tart.

4I placed in slow cooker, no liquid and cooked on high for 2 hours.
