Cauliflower Cheese 5 0 5 12

Quick and easy cauliflower cheese.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 2 hrs 30 mins
  • 10 mins

    2 hrs 30 mins

    2 hrs 40 mins

  • Yields: 4 Servings

1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)

300mls Cooking Cream

300g Triple Cream Brie (Skin removed)

1 TBL Cornflour

1/2 tsp Garlic Paste.

Salt & Pepper

1Combine cream with cornflour and then add everything to the slow cooker.

2Cook on low for 2 & 1/2 hrs.

1The triple cream Brie is quite mild in comparison to Camembert cheese. So if you're wanting a stronger taste, go the Camembert.

2You could up the amount of garlic if you're a garlic lover. I'm a bit whimpy with my garlic. lol

This is a favourite of mine, I use whatever cheese I have to hand (usually grated tasty) and halve the recipe and do it in my baby cooker. I absolutely love it and it’s so easy.

I made this for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious, I havled the recipe as it was only for me and I had left overs for my lunch today. I did cauliflour and broccoli, I used Camembert cheese with a couple of handfuls of shredded tasty cheese and I did it in my 1.5Lt., perfect size 😊
I used normal cream instead of cooking cream by mistake but it still turned out perfect.
Definitely a 5 ⭐ dish.
I can’t wait to make it again πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

I’m trying this tonight, but I’ve also added broccoli.

Thanks Denise for a delish recipe!
Super easy to assemble (my 5yr old helped me do mine) and a lovely cheesy, creamy cauliflower cheese result

Had a version of this the other day, I had said it sounds yum so my sister cooked it for me. She left the garlic out and used half cauliflower half brocolli, definitely a winner. Even more impressive my nephew who has Autism liked it enough to ask for seconds..

Hi Kerry Ann. I am unsure of the flavours to be able to answer your question but I think, why not give it a go?
