Serving: 4
Prep Time 10 mins
Cook Time 2 hrs 30 mins
Total Time 2 hrs 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 300mls Cooking Cream
  • 300g Triple Cream Brie (Skin removed)
  • 1 TBL Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste.
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine cream with cornflour and then add everything to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 2 & 1/2 hrs.

Notes

  • The triple cream Brie is quite mild in comparison to Camembert cheese. So if you're wanting a stronger taste, go the Camembert.
  • You could up the amount of garlic if you're a garlic lover. I'm a bit whimpy with my garlic. lol

  1. Had a version of this the other day, I had said it sounds yum so my sister cooked it for me. She left the garlic out and used half cauliflower half brocolli, definitely a winner. Even more impressive my nephew who has Autism liked it enough to ask for seconds..

I made this today, it was so easy and it tastes delicious. Will definitely be making this again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  3. Had some xmas cheeses left over. Made this (1/2 recipe). Easy. Quick. And delicious. Telling everyone to try this recipe.

  4. I made this for the first time last night and it was absolutely delicious, I havled the recipe as it was only for me and I had left overs for my lunch today. I did cauliflour and broccoli, I used Camembert cheese with a couple of handfuls of shredded tasty cheese and I did it in my 1.5Lt., perfect size ๐Ÿ˜Š
I used normal cream instead of cooking cream by mistake but it still turned out perfect.
    Definitely a 5 โญ dish.
I can’t wait to make it again ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

  5. Tried this last night and added broccoli, pretty impressed! Wonโ€™t be the last time I make this and it was plenty for the family

  6. This is a favourite of mine, I use whatever cheese I have to hand (usually grated tasty) and halve the recipe and do it in my baby cooker. I absolutely love it and itโ€™s so easy.
