Slow Cooked Ribs

  • Cook: 8 hrs
  • Yields: 2-4 people

Ingredients

1 kg Beef spare ribs

1 cup water

1 cup tomato sauce

1 can tomato paste

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup vinegar (I use apple vinegar)

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tablespoon salt

Directions

1Mix all ingredients to slow cooker, making sure to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.

2Place spare ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

3Serve with rice or pasta
