BEEF SPARE RIBS
Slow Cooked Ribs
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef spare ribs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vinegar (I use apple vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to slow cooker, making sure to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.
- Place spare ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Serve with rice or pasta
