BEEF SPARE RIBS

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Beef spare ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar (I use apple vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients to slow cooker, making sure to dissolve the brown sugar and salt.
  • Place spare ribs in slow cooker, cover with sauce and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  • Serve with rice or pasta
