Beef Rendang

Ingredients
- 500-750g beef (any type) I used chuck beef and cut fat off
- 1 packet of passage to India beef rendang
- 1 can of coconut milk / cream
- Splash of Worcestershire sauce
- All purpose spice
- Minced garlic
- Splash of steak sauce
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Carrot chopped
- Frozen Corn & peas
- Broccoli, cauliflower & capsicum (as much or as little as you like)
Instructions
- Chop beef into chunks an add to slow cooker
- Mix recipe base and coconut milk/cream
- Add Worcestershire, garlic, steak sauce and seasoning
- Stir in slow cooker
- Put in chopped veggie
- Stir
- If not enough liquid to cover add a little beef stock (very little) as mixture shouldn't be too watery
- Place on low for 6-6.5 hours
- Serve on a bed of rice or as is
- So yum & easy
