  • 500-750g beef (any type) I used chuck beef and cut fat off
  • 1 packet of passage to India beef rendang
  • 1 can of coconut milk / cream
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • All purpose spice
  • Minced garlic
  • Splash of steak sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • Frozen Corn & peas
  • Broccoli, cauliflower & capsicum (as much or as little as you like)


  • Chop beef into chunks an add to slow cooker
  • Mix recipe base and coconut milk/cream
  • Add Worcestershire, garlic, steak sauce and seasoning
  • Stir in slow cooker
  • Put in chopped veggie
  • Stir
  • If not enough liquid to cover add a little beef stock (very little) as mixture shouldn't be too watery
  • Place on low for 6-6.5 hours
  • Serve on a bed of rice or as is
  • So yum & easy
