Ingredients
500-750g beef (any type) I used chuck beef and cut fat off
1 packet of passage to India beef rendang
1 can of coconut milk / cream
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
All purpose spice
Minced garlic
Splash of steak sauce
1 Onion chopped
1 Carrot chopped
Frozen Corn & peas
Broccoli, cauliflower & capsicum (as much or as little as you like)
Instructions
Chop beef into chunks an add to slow cooker
Mix recipe base and coconut milk/cream
Add Worcestershire, garlic, steak sauce and seasoning
Stir in slow cooker
Put in chopped veggie
Stir
If not enough liquid to cover add a little beef stock (very little) as mixture shouldn't be too watery
Place on low for 6-6.5 hours
Serve on a bed of rice or as is
