Denise……Iām about to give this a try. Should I cut the beef cheeks to chunks before cooking or leave them whole?

This was our first non win using the slow cooker. Had high hopes but the beef cheeks ended up all texture and no flavour. Family voted it 3/10 so won’t be making it again. You never know til you give it a go though!

A lovely rich sauce that complements beef cheeks. I didn’t have Guinness Stout so used a different beer and added some brown sugar. Also added some extra veg and replaced flour with gravy powder. So yummy and will have to make again

Hi Glen. You could cut them up if you like. It would work both ways. I left them whole as I was just being lazy. š
