Ingredients
2 Beef Cheeks
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 & 1/2 Cups Peas
1 & 1/2 Cups Beans
1 & 1/2 Cups Carrots (Chopped)
2 Potatoes (Chopped)
1 TBL Thyme
440g Can Diced Tomatoes
200ml Guinness Stout
2 TBL Flour
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Stir occasionally.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
If you want a thicker sauce, remove the lid 30 minutes before serving and turn slow cooker to high.
Cooked in my 5.5L Contempo slow cooker which cooks at a higher heat than most others. Times may vary.
