Banana, mango, oat slice. (no eggs, no dairy, no sugar)
Ingredients
- 3 over ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup pulp mango
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flakes
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Line slow cooker with baking paper.
- Place mixture into slow cooker.
- Put a tea towel under lid and fold over top.
- Cook on LOW for 1 hour
- Turn up to HIGH for a further 1 hour.
Suggestion
- Nice for lunch boxes, snacks or even a dessert served with coconut cream.
