Banana, mango, oat slice. (no eggs, no dairy, no sugar)

Ingredients
 

  • 3 over ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup pulp mango
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flakes
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Line slow cooker with baking paper.
  • Place mixture into slow cooker.
  • Put a tea towel under lid and fold over top.
  • Cook on LOW for 1 hour
  • Turn up to HIGH for a further 1 hour.

Suggestion

  • Nice for lunch boxes, snacks or even a dessert served with coconut cream.
