Ingredients
3 over ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup pulp mango
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almond flakes
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup sultanas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Line slow cooker with baking paper.
Place mixture into slow cooker.
Put a tea towel under lid and fold over top.
Cook on LOW for 1 hour
Turn up to HIGH for a further 1 hour.
Suggestion
Nice for lunch boxes, snacks or even a dessert served with coconut cream.
