BALSAMIC SPROUTS
Side dish with sprouts with a different taste
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch chives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the spruts
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cook on high for 2 hours, 30 minutes. (or until the sprouts are as soft as you like them)

Not a Brussels Soput fan myself but I can tolerate them this way. My Hubby liked them.
